Functions

1. To assist the librarian in getting the latest books /journals various subjects.
2. To suggest guidelines for the  smooth orderly conduct of the students in the library.
3. To suggest imposing of fine for the  late returning or damage  of books.
4. To suggest the punishments inflicted for the students if the rules or guidelines are violated.
