Student Requirements and Work Flow

  • Computer Science and Information Systems graduates – First Class and above only – Only students from CS, IT may apply
  • Those from other streams with demonstrable software programming experience and talent, may also be considered based on the recommendations from the college management and the teaching staff only. No candidate from your college may independently approach or try to influence Zenopsys staff directly or otherwise
  • Desiring students will undergo a set of tests to identify their academic, logical reasoning and communication skills. Tests will be followed by group discussions and final interviews
  • Zenopsys choice of the selected candidates will be shared with the college management
  • Selected students will be given tentative joining dates. They should call/confirm/report to the Zenopsys office at least two weeks before the actual date of joining
  • Technology Preference
    • PhP, Python & Java based Web Technologies; MySQL 
    • Apple App Development (iOS) and Android

Selection Process (Might change)

  • Written Test (Total 50 mins)
    • General Aptitude Test
    • Language Proficiency
    • Mathematical Reasoning
    • Self Assessment
  • Group Discussion (6 + 2 Mins per session)
    • Contemporary Topics in Social, Economic, Political and International matters
  • Final Interview (8-12 mins per candidate)

Selected students will be informed on the same day or next week. The number of selected candidates will depend on the overall Zenopsys requirements for the planned period. Zenopsys might also reserve a few students for any adhoc requirements and they will be intimated as and when required.


Compensation for the selected candidates

  • Selected students will be offered compensation based on the role at Zenopsys and Compensation Bands
  • Though we would like to reserve the final compensation figures, here is a peek into what can be expected at the very minimal
    • Freshers are categorized as Level A and the compensation starts from Rs.15,000 pm (minimum) and above
    • In the past a few deserving candidates have been awarded compensation in multiples of this base figure based on their talent and demonstrated skills
  • Zenopsys has moved into a performance based compensation structure from 2016 and therefore employee compensation will include a fixed and a variable component The variable component will be limited to 20% of the overall agreed compensation
